1. Refund Policy
- Pre-Made Software/Tools/Websites: Since these products are delivered instantly after payment, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
- Customized Software/Tools/Websites: For custom orders, refunds are not available once work has started on your project. If you wish to cancel before we begin work, you may request a full refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Made Products: Cancellations are not possible after purchase as delivery is immediate.
- Customized Products: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet started. Once development begins, cancellation will not be possible.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, we will issue a refund within 7 business days after verification.
