1. Digital Products (Pre-Made)

For pre-made software, tools, or websites, delivery is instant and will be made available immediately after successful payment through Razorpay. You will receive an email with download/access instructions at your registered email address.

2. Customized Products

For customized software, tools, or websites, the delivery timeline is typically 5–7 business days after we receive all required information and resources from you. We will keep you updated about the progress and expected delivery date.

3. Delivery Method

All products are delivered digitally via email or secure download link. No physical shipment is involved.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from info@toolauri.com. For customized orders, we will also send a project brief confirmation.

5. Delays

In rare cases where a delay may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.
